Mavic pro distance issue - help needs pls MP seems to go only to a distance of 40 mts or so, not on beginners mode and flight distance is set on 5000 mtr - any suggestion of what might be wrong pls ?

I had the same problem with Mini 2. The problem went away after removing and reinstalling the DJI Fly app and logging back in.

Do you have sufficient GPS satellite locks? What colour does the rear LED flash?

Yes I had abt 9 satellites locked during flight.

9 is not enough, to be safe should be 11 or more

Which country do you live in, as in my case living in Europe new regulations have been applied, my that is my problem

A mavic pro is not a new drone so, if this is not new to you have you previously flown this, from the same place, with out any distance limit?
If so have you changed anything since then e.g. up dated the app or the firmware or any thing else, phone?
