Mavic pro gimbal issues

Good day folks. I've been having an issue where my mavic pro gimbal positions itself straight upwards during flight and status there until I land and restart the craft. It happens at random times. During this there is no gimbal warning or any warning of any sort. Sometimes it automatically corrects itself. What can be the cause of this. I have had onr or two minor crash when I just got it about two years now and never had this problem then. No crashes since and then this issue appears. That may be the reason for this?

I know you’ve more than likely done this but have you tried calibrating the gimbal, no harm in trying?

You probably damaged your ribbon cable and now its just starting to show.

Gimbal set to FPV or Follow?
Hmm, this may be defective hardware, are you getting any gimbal overload errors?
