Mavic pro gimbal screws

So I’m waiting on my gimbal ribbon cable to arrive and decided to go ahead and practice taking the old ribbon on and a few so I’m ready.
So o decided to make sure the gimbal motor screws were ok and tight.
On two of them u can see the screw rotate with the gimbal..

The screw attached to motor that raises and lowers camera however doesn’t rotate like the others.
Matter of fact I think it’s stripped cause it will neither tighten or loosen like the two others.

My question is do u guys think that this has something to do with why the camera just hangs after warm up and I get the gimbal motor load to large plus check for obstructions
And remove gimbal lock warnings?

Any suggestions?

Now I’m thinking I have to order the motors
And housing for camera..

Probably stripped, IMO. But you need to get feedback from others here, I don't have that same machine so I can't check it.
