Mavic Pro gimbal serial number?

I recently bought my Mavic but I can't activate my DJI refresh plan because the dji site asks for the mavic serial number AND the gimbal serial number...I can't find the gimbal serial number, even though the site says that gimbal serial number isn't required for the mavic, it won't let me proceed without it...help!

If you are looking for the gimbal serial number to register your mavic for Dji refresh from what I read you don't need it based on what I read on the FYI pages for refresh

It would appear that it does, although I don't know where you find it!

I bought Care Refresh this week - (just got my Mavic which I ordered at the end of September!) - and entered the serial number for the Mavic on the form. I left the gimbal serial number blank, as I couldn't find it anywhere.
Immediately after I paid, I received an email with my Service Agreement which included both the Aircraft Serial No. and the Gimbal Serial No.

Presumably DJI link the two numbers in their manufacturing process, but for some reason don't show the Gimbal Serial No. on the box.....one of life's mysteries!

Agree, I just purchased refresh last nite. It only asked me for mavic ser#. Never asked for gimbal, but it did show up on my purchase after processed.

Oh, there is a serial number but you have to break the Gimbal to find it. I did. And I found the serial number.
