The Mavic itself is beeping from all motors. It just beep and beeps. It will not take a update or downgrade. This happened after I replaced the whole camera.

Maybe you could try replugging all those weird connectors. Mine kinda clicked twice when they we're properly seated. Get a magnifying glass or jeweler's loupe and carefully examine the sockets to be sure that there isn't any of that rubbery glue in any of the sockets. When I replaced my ribbon cable I had no video and no sd card errors. It turned out to be one of the odd ball connectors wasn't properly seated in it's socket on that front circuit board. It two 'clicks' to get it seated fully.
