Mavic Pro No Video Feed And Grey Out Shutter Button

New Mavic Pro no crash or hard landing and well taken care of.

Display show everything functioning normally just that there is no display and just black and the shutter button is greyed out and cannot record any video or photo.

Anyone managed to rectify it? If so, how?

Try this for me. Connect to the Mavic with the Remote Controller and rotate the thumbwheel that is loated on the right side of the Remote Controller. Keep rotating it downwards (toward you) and upwards (away from you) . Observe the screen on the device.

**** ! You shutter value at 8 is way too low. Hmm.

Your AutoExposure is LOCKED. Look at the small little lock icon in the upper right side.
