Mavic pro not reading SD card

DJI Mavic Pro Not reading SD Card to view photos in the gallery . When i record and videos or take pictures they record to the Scan disk ultra card fine but when i try to view them on my Galaxy S7 it eventually displays an error message saying Failed to get file list exit and retry
and when i try to check on my DJI Goggles RE and also the Standard DJI Goggles it does the same thing. I have tried formatting the card also tried different sd cards i have also downgraded software and upgraded it i have tried to wipe the software using DJI Assistant and still the same thing . I have also tried using the USB at the base of controller and still the same . But here is the strange thing.. if i connect it to the wifi only like im doing a wifi flight it works perfectly viewing the sd card which tells me the sd reader in the device is working perfectly and if i take the sd card out and put it in the laptop all the recording i have done are there perfect. Sorry to be so long winded but didn't know how else to explain it and update you on where im upto with it. I have put some images in to try and show what im talking about. Any insight will be greatly appreciated

Lol the last photo is the Mavic photo Gallery from the DJI Go 4 app but i can only view it when connected to the Mavic via wifi . If i connect normally i can not view the gallery.

Haha if your referring to the brown image at the bottom of the picture its my boot lol
