Currently stationed in Japan with a Mavic Pro Zoom needing a heel replacement due to crack. I want to send it stateside for repair but noticed Japan also have a DJI repair facility. Does anyone know if they would honor the same warranty (DJI Refresh) and offer repair services if drone was purchased stateside?

Can't you simply just buy the heel parts and snap them in (might have to remove the bottom shell first) or just get the full bottom shell

If you need to use refresh I believe it has to go back to the country of purchase and they may not send it back to Japan.
