Mavic Pro wincing on Active Tracking

Have anyone ever experienced a very awkward situation where in active tracking, with the subject moving, the Mavic Pro "winces" in the air very rapidly? Like accelerating and braking very rapidly.

It fortunately doesn't affect the video stability, but it is certainly worrying to see.

The braking may be caused by forward sensors detecting a false positive, like the sun low on the horizon.

And it can be triggered by controller. When active track enabled - dont touch sticks, it automatically slows

Neither applies. It did it twice (actually the only times I used it and it's a week old only) both around noon and with no touching the remote. The first time it was following a colleague and the second I was swimming with the remote safely stored close to the pool side.
