MAVIC Pro won’t Connect

I haven’t used my drone in about 6-7 months now, due to weather, and not having time in New England. Finally I’ve got sometime and places to shoot and I’m having issues.

I start the RC, Drone, and then the app. It does not connect at all to the drone. Neither does the RC. I’ve contacted online support and they suggested replacing the RC lightning cable. Did that, same results. I didn’t think the cable would be bad since my phone charges off the RC.

Any advice? Suggestions?

I s deleted the app and reinstalled
Tried using another phone
Nothing works. And yes it is on RC mode not WiFi.

If the RC is not connecting I would try to rebind the RC to the mavic. Here is a YouTube video, give it a shot. Good luck.

I had the same problem and I had to replace the RC lightning cable. The original DJI cable is not reliable....

I'd try binding the AC and RC again as well.
