Mavic Real Failure

Simple question.
How many of you had real, unpredicted, accidental failure? Not one that happened because we asked for it: fly into a wall, tree, out of range... I have in mind the ones that cannot be explained in any rational way. Also excluding software crashes. REAL MECHANICAL/FUNCTIONAL FAILURE. Motor, propeller, battery etc.
Second part of that question is: What was outcome of that failure? Damaged drone, leveled house, burned forest, someone dead? Other than drone pilot "almost dead, or having heart attack" to perspective of loosing the Mavic ;-)

Check out this thread. Out of 269 members taking the poll, 95.1% have never had their Mavic fall from the sky for unknown reasons. At least 3 members of the remaining 4.9% crashed due to improper battery latching; Op error.
