Mavic + Samsung Xcover 3, will it work?

As stated in the tittle, does Samsung Xcover 3 works as display for rc controller?

My Mavic is on its way and should arrive in couple days but I got some doubts whether my current phone will work, I know for sure that it cannot act as usb host (can't connect usb pendrive and access data from the phone). And I know I'd be pissed/devastated when I get mavic and discover I can't actually fly it further then couple meters away. But since It's still couple days I could get tablet just for purpose of using it with Mavic.

It should work, it's spec's are in the lower end of ideal, however it you disable all the unnecessary app and turn off wifi, Bluetooth etc..enable developers options and usb debugging it should work, it is nice having a dedicated tablet.
