Mavic warranty buying second hand?

just curious if I decide to buy a Mavic from Craigslist or eBay does the factory warranty still apply? Can you also buy the extended warranty also?

When you activate your new Mavic you'll be walked through a series of prompts to register it when you first set it up. At that time you'll be presented with an opportunity to buy the DJI Refresh for up to 48 hours after activating the craft.

Yep it still applies. The original user activates it and the warranty starts. I guess they go by serial number and activation date (I could be wrong though)
