Mavic2 controller lower usb won’t work.

Hi everyone, I have a Mavic 2 Pro. I have been using my Samsung 8S as my monitor for my controller. The side mini USB port connects to my S8s via the USB-C connection. But when I use the lower USB port on the controller, nothing happens. I have tried3 separate cables, including trying to attach my ipad, and nothing happens. There are no connection problems with my S8s nor Apple ipad when I use the side port. Any ideas?

Did you unplug the side cable?

Only one port will work at a time. You must unplug the micro-usb port for the reserve usb port to work.

Wow. I'm feeling soo stupid. Yes, I unplugged it and it works fine.
