Air 2S does it automatically but you can use any software that does stitching. I do use PanoramaStudio 3 Pro but its not cheap. It does a very good job also.

I am kind of wondering why the water above the highway bridge is blue and the rest is muddy brown which is what it should be. The water for miles up river is brown from run off so something is not right. LOL

My guess is the angle presented to the camera and it's reflection off the sky versus looking straight down ?
