Micro SD cards speeds

The manual for the M2Z says that a UHS-1, Speed Grade 3 rating is required. I have a couple of 64 GB XC 1, C10, A1, micro SD cards that I use for the Spark. If I read things correctly, my cards are not fast enough? What do you all use? I intend to shoot stills and videos.

Thanks bumper, I read Cyborg's post and did a little extra research on my own. I have a couple SanDIsk extreme's on order now that shoud do the trick.
