Mini 2 how to enable manual channel selection?

Somewhy I cannot choose manual channel selsction not in 2.4 not in 5.8 ghz.
Is that related to locations as well? Although 5.8 is allowed in country I'm flying at.
Is there FCC switch? Fake GPS available?
