Mini 2 HTML files

I just started to take panorama images With the Mini 2
What are the HTML files that get created along with the files used for?
Does it matter if I delete them even if I have not “Stitched” the files together?
I usually copy all images/files to a hard drive upon return.

I think the HTML files are just to make it easier to open up the individual panoramic folders. They're not important to the stitching of them if you're going to be manually stitching the files yourself under the panoramic folder yourself.
