Check if there is any problem with them.

Yes that is a good idea but I have made sure of just that fact and made sure they were clear of any garbage and it was clean

Can you check if they are in the same row ie. is a pin not sunk in?

Same thing happening to my drone it was working fine but the propeller struck a chair just a little bit and it just completely shut off and is doing the exact same thing with the lights using external power.

I had the same issue.

The flat cable connecting esc board with motherboard was open.

I simply attached it properly and the drone is ok.

I have tried contacting DJI service but all they said was it must be a battery problem
I think that was only a robo answer
I then have contacted a drone repair shop and he 2was very helpful but he is out of the Provence right now and we will get together in a couple of weeks when he returns to toronto
and even better his shop is only a couple miles from my home
