Mini 2 with RC PRO Controller

Hey guys, I recently purchased a RC PRO Controller for my Air 2S. And was curious if the controller works with Mini 2 as yet. I tried connecting by the controller, but it does not identify or recognize the Mini 2. Was hoping to hear if there are any hacks or work around this limitation.

I'm guessing but the RC Pro is OS 3.0, the Mini 2 OS2.0. Not sure DJI ever intended the SC Pro to work with older OS 2.0 drones, which rules out anything but the Air 2S which is OS 3.0.

That does not matter. Ocusync 2.0 or 3.0 can be done by the same chip S1 or P1 no problem. Is just the output power can be done by firmware.

I was planning in getting the older version of the PRO Controller .... so will wait on the firmware of the new PRO controller that I have then

Sooner or later DJI will make it compatible. It took a while for the Air 2 to become compatible with the original SC, it’ll happen, it’s just a matter of time before Mini 2 is given the green light for use with the RC Pro
