Not caring about credibility is trolling?Have you taken your FAA Part 107 test yet? Why not?
Here's how you comport yourself here, in a succinct example:
Do you understand how this damages your credibility? If you don't care, then why post? That sort of posting behavior is generally viewed as trolling.
- Make a bold claim
- Others are skeptical, ask you to back up your claim
- Post a ridiculous tranch of documents backing your claim, or just stand by your assertion
- When challenged on your approach, pull a bait and switch say you don't have to prove anything
The fact is that it is forbidden under EU law, you believing that does not change the fact.
“autonomous operation’ means an operation during which an unmanned aircraft operates without the remote pilot being able to intervene;”
“The concept of autonomy, its levels and human-autonomous system interactions are currently being discussed in various domains (not only in aviation), and no common understanding has yet been reached. Guidance will therefore be provided once this concept is mature and globally accepted.”

programming a mission for the drone to execute is what the A1/A3 exam (through euro control) viewed as being autonomous. The correct answer was that this was forbidden in the open category.
Also the provisional C labels prohibit the drone to be operated as such. Though if they implemented “loss of signal=abort/RTH” then it would not be illegal I guess?
