What would be a good starting point for a couple or more ND filters?

They come in sets. The question is usually, what's the best for my money and everybody has an opinion? In my area I usually use the 8, 16 and 32 the most.

Freewell and DJI both make some. DJI being the most expensive. You can also get some unbranded ones manufactured by Startrc off eBay for cheaper that, in my opinion, are just as good as the Freewells.

SkyReat are also pretty good for starter ND filters. They do a set of 6 which includes ND128 and are available in most countries Amazon
