I have a bad battery and trying to get support from dji but they don't even list the mini 3 or batteries on their support pages . How can I get help with a bad battery

thanks its a process but after 2 hours on the phone and then in chat I finally got some help, what a PITA

What was the issue with your battery, if you don't mind me asking?

Was it dropped or in a crash, or did it not work at all from the get-go.
