Mini 4 Pro Battery Shells

I received two from Aliexpress todday and if they are not OE or production over runs not branded someone did a good job. I worked the tabs and see no sign of a problem.

If you have or know someone with a 3d printer, use a Battery Extractor, it really reduces the chance of breaking the tabs:

That's not really its intended purpose.
It is designed to remove the battery when folded up.
However, depending upon why the clips have been breaking (not entirely clear to me), it might help to get a better more even grip without unduly stressing one clip or the other.

The clips will be breaking because there is nothing to stop you pressing the clips in any further than needed to release the battery. At least the battery extractor only pushes the clips in as far as necessary and no more.

That makes sense, if the design limits the pressure that can be applied, which it appears to do, and you confirm.

If you use the DJI charging hub you are adding to the stress on the clips. I ground away the hub plastic until the clips on the batteries only just come into play.
