Supposedly DJI websites outside the US has product pages up but the US only shows Mini 4.

Once again, DJI hasn't officially released the drone in the US but like DJI's Mic 3, it could be available later at major retailers like Amazon. It's on sale in Europe for €799/£689 with a battery, €999/£869 in the fly More Combo with the DJI RC-N3 controller and €1,129/£979 in the same combo with the RC-2 controller. More information about US pricing will be released as soon as it's available.

Engadget notes the superior results compared with the Mini 4 but theverge.com says it may be better image quality than the Air 3S at close range with its portrait mode.

So it’s again using the quad bayer 50 megapixel nonsense.

Will have to wait to see what US pricing is when B&H and Adorama get stock. Of course whether warranty and repairs will be performed by DJI, for US owners, remains to be seen.

DJI's website suggests it may eventually become available in the US:

Won't be buying until there's a standard package with the drone and RC2 controller available. Other than that, this looks like everything I need from a drone in London, but will continue with my trusty Mini 3 Pro while waiting for DJI to work out their sales strategy. And no doubt iron out all the usual teething problems.

Flymore combo is USD $929 in Canada.

Here's an eBay example of a Korean FedEx shipped (Sep 21st) M5P RC2 combo for $1300 which claims they pay the tariffs for the US customer:

Despite the blue banner, it says:

Price & Duties (U.S. Customers)
  • The price you see is the final price.
  • From the buyer's side, no additional tariffs (customs duties) or fees are required.
  • All additional tariffs (customs duties) or fees will be covered by the seller.
  • This condition applies to U.S. customers only.

Here’s the Canadian prices in USD.

Looks like only a few Americans got the drone for review but I'll post just this one which is just a standard overview from our friend in Canada (he's using the RC Pro2):

Just ordered the Mini 5 Pro fly more with the RC2 from Canada. Says it arrives Friday. That seems optimistic.

Ordered. Let’s hope it doesn’t take 6 months like the last time I ordered a drone on the day it was released!

I'll wait a while before I order one, if at all considering I purchased both A3S Combo and Mavic 4 Pro Creator edition this year. I realize the attraction is sub 250g with fewer restrictions when flying in Canada.

I’ll use the Mini5 to replace my old Air2. It’s basically to scout access to LZ’s for our Matrice 350 and 400. In forestry it’s obvious, but mining can be pretty challenging. Being so small it can stay in the trucks glovebox.

Ordered the Mini 5 Pro Fly More Combo Plus (DJI RC 2) with DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan in Canada. Suggests a 2 day delivery time. I am not optimistic about that living in Nova Scotia. Total came to $2,000.91 CAD.

It' not available in Australia?
