Problem? battery cover stuck can’t open

Was unit in a crash? no

What have you tried so far?
: prying out the cover with a coin and finger

What device are you using? iphone 10

What firmware are you running ( aircraft, remote controller)? newest

What Go app version are you using?
just bought so not sure

Any modification?
its all a stock unit

Did you change anything or install any apps? nope

Do you have a video or pictures of the problem?
No I don't sorry

try to update the firmware to the latest version ... surely so it opens ... 😄Apart from the jokes, try to force a little and it should open.

The two mounting tabs in the top of the door have probably been messed up. Just try fiddling with the top of the door and visually looking for problems with the top of the door. Also, one of your things was if you had any go apps yet and just so you know, the mini se only works with DJI Fly app not Go.
Hope this helps!
