mini2 6th gen ipad questions

Hello aviators! Coupla Q's about using DJI Fly on iPad (6th gen):
1. Is a 1 ft USB C to LIghtening Cable long enough to connect the controller to the iPad?
2. Is using an iPad make the control-iPad pair top-heavy?
3. Looks to me that using an iPad requires a substantially larger shade. Opinions?

1 . Yes ,I use a 4 or 6’ cable with my iPad but fly from my truck. have with my Mp’s,Mini and Mini 3 Pro. No issues.

2. Yes it makes it heavy but you learn to deal with it.
3.Fly from vehicle.

Works great where I fly and use a 10.9 iPad.
