Minin4 pro optimum zoom

We have a small sboot tomorrow for the fireworks and we decided to shoot strictly in NIGHT MODE for the client,

First question, is the image going g to be cropped in since it's 4k 60fps ??

Second question, can I zoom in further in 4k 60fps in NIGHT MODE ?? (if 60fps exists in that mode) how far can I zoom in without losing quality in the above??

For example: in my air 2s I can zoom in lossless up to 3x, anything above that makes the video quality deteriorate...

@jojonono, how do you figure you can get 3x lossless zoom out of the 2S 20MP sensor?

The full resolution is 5472×3648. 4K is 3840x2160. This allows 5472/3840 = ~1.42x lossless zoom at which point pixels start to be enlarged.

The M4P uses the quad-bayer sensor in normal bayer, 12MP mode when shooting video. This has a native resolution of 4032x3024. 4K Lossless zoom is limited to 1.05x, essentially none.

You can get lossless zoom up to 2x in 1080p, if you wanted to shoot FHD.
