Missing Video

Mavic Air - Last night I thought I took a 10-12 min video and when I got home the video was not there. the file shows 0 kbs in size. The my air was running low on battery and I shut it off after it landed is that why it did not save.

If you didn't stop the video recording before shutting down the Mavic Air, probably.

Just a thought:
Could it be that the footage is not on the SD-Card but on the intern memory? Happened to me once, somehow switched the target to safe it by accident.

The file did not get closed off.
Put the SD card back in the drone, power up the drone and power off.
See if that makes any difference to the file.

Thanks, for the info. It wasn't on the internal memory or could get it back by putting the SD card back in the drone and do the power up and power off.
I probably didn't stop the video recording before shutting down the Mavic Air.
