Not a very regular drone flyer -But when i do, invest lot of time to enjoy. My brother has this discount voucher of 10 %.

So the question is whether to buy a flymore OR get a standard with an extra battery. What resells better???

Flymore, aside from more batteries, the multi charger is a significant benefit. I am not sure if the std comes with a carry case ( I am not interested in a Mini 2) but a carry case is also a definite advantage.

Uum this is posted in the Mavic Air 2 board.

Okay-But didn’t i say i am an occasional user??? So why need three batteries-Except the only bargain i can foresee is to get a better resale value after sometime???

, invest lot of time to enjoy
I took that to mean when you fly you fly a lot, with fewer batteries you would have obvious limitations.
That aside, I think any benefit when selling it is questionable unless would be buyers were specifically looking for flymore.
You could obviously ask for more for a flymore but you would have paid more in the first place so swings and roundabout.

If flymore do sell more readily on the second hand market does that itself not prompts the question, why?

Certainly if you fly for only one battery-charge's worth of time once a week then a flymore may be a waste but I would still DISLIKE the idea of charging the battery via a USB connection to the drone.
As the connector on the drone has other, more important uses, I think the less it is used for 'mundane' purposes such as charging the better. With regards to the latter I am prejudiced against micro USB connections as the sockets seem so prone to damage, maybe USB-C connectors are more robust.

You say you invest a lot of time when you do fly. With a single battery you’ll get 20 minutes of flight.
With the two extra batteries you’re looking at an hour of fly time. Easy choice for me. Also will help
for resale.

You'll get a 10% discount. If you like flying more or not, the combo makes more sense for you yourself and a potential buyer. A first time buyer would not want to have to shop for accessories individually at higher cost. The combo is more attractive either way, for the first buyer or a resale. You said when you fly you want to enjoy it.

@dosbft11 ,sorry but i find it a bit strange that as a new drone user ,you seem to be more interested in how much it is going to be worth when, you come to sell it ,and thats before you have even purchased one, it takes a while to get into all the various aspects of drone ownership
maybe its not the hobby for you ,i would if you can , try to have a go with a friends drone, and see if its really for you

Omm, I think part of the answer to your question lies in
That is important when going for upgrades
I think some people do not buy something to own it long term, they see "buying" more as a short term lease until the next version comes out e,g. the latest MUST HAVE phone etc.
Then there's old stick in the muds like you and me that will, probably, happily fly our drones until they, metaphorically speaking , "drop" ............and every shade in between.

@PhiliusFoggg ,that is correct ,i was merely stating how i felt about the OPs post, guess i am just old ,and old fashioned in my outlook on life, have never felt the need to have the latest tech ,we are all different as you say

Fly more, even if you buy a stand alone, you may want to add another battery. But then you will want to get another charger otherwise you can only charge batteries from inside of the drone.
