MM Prop guards

Does anyone use these monstrosities??!! If so why?

I've had my MM for about 2 weeks and love it!! Works great with the iPhone 8 and 10 as well as the iPad mini 4. I never even unpacked the guards till today. Would they be good in really close quarters? Other than that I guess they are for the newb market?

yes they are mainly for indoor flying to protect the props from damage and also the props damaging others or ones surroundings and you are right the newb fliers
