I only had my MM2 for 5 months and had several crashes during that time. None of which caused any damage, however, just two days ago, I was just hovering over my front lawn about eight feet when the MM2 hit a little twig and down she went. I noticed then one of the gimbal bracket arms was broken in one place. I puckered at the expense this was going to cause.
After several cups of coffee, I set out googling information on repairs or replacement. I want to thank my fellow dronies out there for putting out YT vids on repairs. It really helped a lot. I repaired my bracket using epoxy, carbon fiber dust, foam backing for support and a tiny squirrel tweezer.
Good as almost new and it works. I did not have to remove the top; just remove the shocks, that's it! Cost of repairs: $5.97 epoxy; 1 headache, 1 cut down tree.
Happy flying!
