Moderator Approval?

I just replied to a message on a post I created and was met with this...
' This message is awaiting moderator approval, and is invisible to normal visitors.'
Any idea what happened, or what I need to do?

Wait for it to be approved. Our filters pick up on certain words and holds the thread/post till Admin can look at it to be sure it’s not spam.
I will look at it now for you but in the future message staff with any
questions or issues.
