Mods wiring avoidance sensor to front. Mavic Mini

Just wondering if it is possible to wired additinal avoidance sensor to front just like putting led light to front.

i doubt it as there would need to be somewhere for them to be attached to the board and enabled
 
How about its downward vision system? Maybe someone can retweaked the wire to add it to the front. Thanks
A mirror under the sensors, at 45 deg would do this. Expect the drone to behave strangely if you try it.

I don't think anyone has found a way to 'jailbreak' the MM yet so that's why there are no 3rd party firmwares available. Shame, as some really interesting things could be done with the hardware on the drone.
 
The hardware and software work together. A sensor is useless unless software is paying attention. DJI software talks only to it’s factory installed sensors, and processes the data based on where the sensor is pointing.

The DJI api has no connections that allow any new sensors to be integrated.

Read my mind. Been wondering about mirroring the sensors. P4P to look "Up" with rear sensors and Mini to look "Forward" with the bottom sensors. Scared to try. You first. LOL
