Leaked government memo claims DJI is spying on the US for China

but who do we blame? DJI? No they are a Chinese company who do what they are told or they get executed. Chinese government? No they are just a body of individuals serving the needs of their populace. Chinese citizens? No they are too many to blame. How about we blame the operators of DJI hardware that allow their devices to communicate to China? That makes sense to me!
