Moverio follow mode

The Soar App follow mode works fine but I am finding it a little tricky. Starting wide on this train then Zooming to maximum invoking follow mode and turning head to follow train. Note the occassional jump ups as it progresses . By my reckoning I am keeping my head perfectly still horizontally , perhaps I am not. Would damping donw the gimbal settings or changing mode help?

That's pretty bad. The jerky made watching the video painful. I'm not familiar with the SOAR app, but free hand would be better than what it did.
