Wow. You've got some really wonderful footage there. What an interesting place to fly.

I like the shots where you fly in the opposite direction of the vessel's course and pan to track it while swinging around the stern. Very nice.

I noticed that in the opening clip, the focus is off until 0:14 when it suddenly sharpens. Auto focus? And there's a glitch at 2:32. Nothing serious, but noticeable.

Any thoughts about why Maersk Surabaya is so high on her lines even though there seems to be a full load of containers? Hauling empties?

Have you had any problems with moisture collecting on the camera lens on those foggy days?

I'll look forward to your next posts.

Thanks. That glitch was weird, didn't notice it in powerdirector and only after upload so had shrugged it off to YT not finished processing. But nope, it was me.

Thanks those are my favorite shots too - also a great way to make sure to capture the ship name for later.

Yeah, I wondered about the level about the Maersk Surabaya too when I saw it. I don't know and actually sent a note to someone that works that line to see if they'd tell me. I do know that ship had run aground about a month ago in Charleston and it anchored just outside of the Verrazzano. Not sure why it would do that but is now enroute to Germany.

Only issues with moisture was the need to take off the lens and clean it. I fly a lot over the ocean so it has to get cleaned occasionally.
