Case "accepted": 2017-04-25 ("escalated").

31 days or 4 and half weeks (Case Accepted, Montreal ->Cerritos-> Montreal).
Considering that it risked customs twice, not bad. Still, they lost a lot of time:
- getting me the shipping label (1 week).
-between "repair" and "shipping". (this is (yet again) a brand new drone). 2017-04-09 build date.
-sending back UPS ground. (was supposed to be Escalated - got 2 day going there. They "apologized" for screwing up the return.
-Also have not updated the Care Refresh correctly - sent an e-mail.
Will test later today. Camera better be right.
