MPP flyer going to teach a new drone owner on P4

Hey guys. I've been flying my MPP for about a year. No incidents yet knock on wood.

My neighbor received a P4 for Xmas and hasn't even taken it out of the box yet. I told him I would help him get it set up and teach him how to fly it. Not sure if it's the P4 with the greatest camera (haven't seen it yet).

Anything I should be aware of with only MPP experience? Does DJI Go 4 look the same? Should I use 4.1.15 like I do on my MPP or put him on the latest version and firmware? He's not the type that will want to mod things.

P4P has a user selectable Atti which could be very useful for smooth video. Practice using it as the craft would revert to it when there is an issue with compass or other positioning sensors, so you won’t be knock off guard. I had a p2 a long time away that almost flew away after a compass error but was saved by manually flipping it to Atti mode and flew it back to recalibrate.

Also, avoid very fast pans on the p4p or the legs will come into view.
