Multi-Drone Missions

Assuming all of the regular regs are met (VLOS, 400 ft, etc), are there any special requirements or restrictions for performing a multi-drone mission? It wouldn't be a dog fight or anything, but the drones would be operating reasonably closely together.

I have my 107, and I'd be rPIC for the mission. There would be a separate pilot for each drone. VOs as may seem appropriate.

On a related note, IIRC, it's OK to fly over people if they are all part of an operation, and they know that will be happening. Is that right?
