Multiple flying issues

Took the drone out today for a fly around the house/neighbourhood.
Using a Samsung tab E 8 (sm-t377w)

All latest firmware on everything. Full power too.

Was flying out front this morning and was getting crazy delayed video feed and button actions. Controls never lagged but the buttons and what I saw did..

Came inside did some reading and thought I'd try out back where there's less houses/WiFi.

Still laggy but now as bad. Then 7 mins into flying I get low batter warning but battery indicator says 87%. I brought it home of course and then looked at it some more.

I have a feeling the battery issue was because the drone was running at 37.2*C and online says 40max.. Is this true?

Would the heat also account for the piss poor live feed I've been getting?

I had problem with lag the latest android software (4.2.20), and had to down grade to 4.2.16, you might want to do that as well, just need to side load the APK for the older version.

Battery low warning at 85% could be an issue with the setting, check what your low battery warning % is set to
