My "Alerts" don't appear on my post

My Alerts indicate that 4 people responded to a post I had made a few days ago, but when I go to that posting, there is only one showing. What's up?
I didn't know where else to post this question.

Are you using the app, its been having some issues.
I have had that happened in the past and was where they
had edited the post and was why.
With me anyway.
