My gimble moves down 1 deg at a time and comes back up at a normal speed

Hey everyone,
My gimble moves down 1 deg at a time when I turn the dial and comes back up at a normal speed. Is this normal of could there be a problem with the controller?

That doesn't seem normal, it supposed to go up/down at the speed you have it set. Not sure if it is the controller or the inside board. BTW, welcome to the forum!

Mavic Mini and I've had it about 2 weeks

I would send it back for exchange after contacting DJI or the reseller.

Definitely not normal. Back to the seller, I would recommend.
