Has the NATS 'Request to fly a Drone or Model Aircraft' site been discontinued from 30th April 2020?

Yeah seems to be the case. As you suggested you’d have to contact the ATC now via telephone (quickest way I’d imagine) to get authorisation but DJI would require an email as proof.

Not gone through the process myself so would be interested to hear how you get on if it’s something you’re looking to do.
