ND filter + FocusTrack

Can anyone confirm if the attached ND filter will really block the use of ActiveTrack? I always fly with the ND filter in daylight.

I tried focus track (POI) the other day with an ND16 filter, worked flawlessly. Maybe this is just meant that way: it won't work when the ND filter is too strong so that the camera doest't get enough light to track the subject.

Thank you for the information and the positive feedback. It seemed nonsensical to me that a fitted ND filter would prevent this function.

The drone has no idea if it has a ND filter on it or not, as long as the exposure is set such that the drone can easily make out what you are trying to track, you shouldn't have any issues. I suspect that comment is in the manual just to give them something to point to as a possible solution if someone has a problem. If you put a really strong ND on, you may run into issues in some scenarios.
