Network error

Im sure its on here some where, Ive read thread after thread but nothing works I can not update through the app or DJI assistant it keeps on telling me network error. Plus it will not download log reports ??

Similar here for "aircraft" update
DJIGo4: network error, network error, repeat.
Assistant2: get as far as plugging in usb then nada, zip, zilch.
No support help until tomorrow.
Frustrated? You bet.
Controller update, no problem with DJIGo4.

Went to nearby librsry and used their free high speed WIFI.
Finally got the Mavic 2 firmware updated. Took about 50 minutes with Assistant 2. Needed lots of patience and self cotrol to not intervene.

There was a period of time when many of us reported intermittent network 'disconnected' when trying to update our M2's. It was suspected some servers being referenced in DNS were down.
I had this problem updating my AC from Go, but not from Assistant.
I don't think anyone was successful in downloading their M2 AC logs using assistant.

I got a network error both by LAN (via USB and Assistant 2) and by WAN (via mobile and Go 4 app). I had to disconnect and use my Cellular data plan and finally completed downloading the firmware. Fortunately, it picked up from where it failed. The upload is taking forever.

It finally work not sure why but it did update .
