New Firmware Update

Just Received another firmware update this morning

Waiting for some user reports on these updates before I take the plunge.

I had some bugs in the previous version that effected the functionality of the AirSense

AirSense still does not seem to be working - Maybe they changed the distance at where it triggers?

As an FYI, AirSense appears to be working on my Air2 and Smart Controller. At least I get warnings aircraft are in the vicinity.

You are a little behind on your DJI Fly app version. Probably only a big deal if you use the PRO settings as they have been improved. Spot exposure was also broken on my Air 2S and fixed by the updated app.

I hate when DJI provides a new Firmware update and their description for it is “Fixed some bugs” When will they at least tell us in some detail what has changed, where it was/is now, and how to now use any new features? Am I asking too much? Yeah… thought so.

Interesting - when I do the "check for updates" is says I am up to date. I'll try again before I fly today.

I agree - However I am spoiled in this regard as I am a Hardware Engineer and when my company releases software updates, I get very detailed "feature by feature" reports

Sorry, I need some more coffee - I see that you were talking about the DJI Fly App - Updating now.

I downloaded the android apk of the FLY app right now from DJI and the version is 1.5.9 (1015-official) which is rather strange given their versioning methodology.
I did install it on my RC Pro without any problems and did a bench test. All looks good. No obvious changes. No idea why they completely changed the version.

BTW - downloading the the latest version of the DJI Fly app solved the issue.
