New mavic 2 battery turns on ac and won’t shut down until removed

New mavic 2 pro , and new battery. battery tuns on when inserted and won’t shut off until removed
Old batteries work normal.

Defective. Take video, Contact DJI, send it back.

yup, that needs to be replaced. It has happened to me as well, for no apparent reason whatsoever. The shop replaced without questions.

Mavic air 2, 6 m0nths old, while flying, it came up with battery error---return to home... (It was 65f out) and when it returned and landed with 80% life, i could not shut it off. It charges just fine, no swelling or leakage etc. I have the refresh on this drone so I sent DJI an email.... we will see..
