New Mavic Pro Platinum Pilot

Hello ,

I'm new to Mavic Pro Pilots Forum.
And wand to ask you experience pilots a few quick questions.

I have recently purchased a new Mavic Pro Platinum Drone

I've got it on beginner mode right now for the last 3 flights and doing pretty well.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S-7 Edge and it seems just ok .
I've read a lot hearing people suggesting
The Apple IOS devices. Like the IPad mini 4, 3,2 and iPhones.
Last night went Tmobil store and was thinking of purchasing a Apple IPad or iPhone , but after looking a the IOS app review it appears that there's a lot of problems with IOS apps two.

Any suggestions , should I stick with the Android S-7 Edge to fly the Mavic Pro Platinum or would you fork out the money for the IPad and if so which one would be best to with ?

For the best performance, set up your Android mobile device like this.

If it's working well, then it probably doesn't make sense to buy a different mobile device that is also going to work well.
