So I have owned my Mavic for two days and have had issues. I have worked out all of my issues with DJI support except one. When I connect my Mavic to the dji assistant 2 I get a Drive error. Neither of my PCs recogize my Mavics drive. I have reinstalled the software, rebooted, tried different us cables with no luck. I am using Windows 8. One reason I need to connect is because my spare battery is bricked and I need to fix it using the assistant 2. Please help. Thanks.

Thank you for your help. Unfortunately that didn't work and DJI tech support gave up. I ended up returning the unit. Thanks again.
Did you try a different computer before you sent it back? Did you send back the Mavic or the battery?
I tried both of my pc's, multiple cables, etc all with no luck. I tried DJIs procedures they sent with no luck. DJI then recommended returning the entire unit so I did. I hope to have better luck with this one.
Jeez. I guess it was broken! It seems like usually it's us users with a bad cable or something dumb like a firewall setting but it looks like you definitely covered the bases.
